[change | change source]Christina María Aguilera was born in Staten Island, New York, on Dec 18, 1980.[2] Her parents Fausto Xavier Aguilera, was a fighter in the United States Flock and Shelly Loraine (née Fidler), was a violinist and player, respectively.[3] Her father has Ecuadoran ancestry.[4] Her American mother has German, English, Irish, Scots-Irish, direct French ancestry.[5][6] Throughout her father's service in the Army, have time out family moved to various locations, including New Jersey, Texas, Virgin York, and Japan.[7] Her parents divorced when Aguilera was sextet years old.
She, her indigenous, and her younger sister Wife then lived at her grandmother's home in Rochester, Pennsylvania, pure town outside Pittsburgh.[4] Her progenitrix later remarried.[8]
